Author Promotion

There are several ways History Undressed offers authors to promote their work. First and foremost, we are always looking for historical posts, please read our guidelines regarding guests. Two more options are also available to authors: Cover Advertisements and Featured Author Posts:

Cover Advertisements

~Ads appear along the sides of the blog, and will appear for one month at a time (or more if you choose to purchase multiple months).

~Each ad includes one cover and one link to either the author's website or venue for purchase.

~Ads are $5 per cover/per month.

~Ad spots are given on first come/first serve basis.

~No minimum purchase. Authors may choose one month or multiple months.

~History Undressed reserves the right to refuse advertisement space if the work is deemed inappropriate, non-historical or not of interest to our readers.

Featured Author Post

~Posted on Sundays--this is a PROMO post only for one historical book. Includes: book cover .jpeg, back cover copy, short excerpt, author bio and links (Website, Blog, Twitter, Facebook, 2 buy links).

~Featured author posts are $15 each.

~Ad spots are given on first come/first serve basis. (Requests for certain dates can be made, but there are no guarantees that date will be available.)

~There will be only one Featured Author per week.

~No minimum purchase.

~History Undressed reserves the right to refuse a featured author submission if the work is deemed inappropriate, non-historical or not of interest to our readers.




**History Undressed can not guarantee an increase in your sales by placing a cover ad with us. However we receive on average 18,000 hits/month to our website, so you will be exposed to thousands of historical readers.**
